Launch of the Sassenach Gin

Curich Weiss Amplify via SGWS Top Shelf PR led the U.S. launch of The Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin, founded by Sam Heughan, introducing the brand through a strategic media tour designed to engage both consumer and industry audiences. The approach centered on leveraging key trade events and targeted regional activations to build awareness while establishing credibility within the spirits space.

The rollout began at Tales of the Cocktail and continued across major markets through a series of appearances, interviews, and experiential moments, including a high-touch East Hampton pop-up with Heughan behind the bar. This coordinated effort secured 36 earned media placements and generated more than 650 million impressions over a six-week period, successfully positioning The Sassenach Gin within the U.S. spirits landscape.
