Sadelle’s x CENTRE Partnership
Curich Weiss Amplify supported the launch of Sadelle’s Dallas and CENTRE’s collaboration of custom merch inspired by Sadelle’s iconic No. 1 Highland Park Village address. To introduce the collection, Chef Mario Carbone and CENTRE founder, Nick Sunderman, developed and hosted a “Breakfast for Dinner” launch event at Sadelle’s, where CWA assisted in bringing together community tastemakers, media, influencers, celebrities, and local creatives for an immersive brand experience that blended fashion, dining, and culture.
The event featured collaborative storytelling moments with Chef Mario Carbone and Nick Sunderman, designed to generate organic buzz both in-person and online through social & editorial content. The partnership successfully expanded Sadelle’s visibility beyond traditional dining audiences, positioning the restaurant at the center of Dallas’ lifestyle and cultural conversation while reinforcing Major Food Group’s growing influence within the Texas market.
