Hotel Chocolat Holiday Showcase & Velvetiser Launch

Curich Weiss Amplify partnered with Hotel Chocolat, the British luxury chocolatier, to support awareness around the brand’s U.S. holiday initiatives and the launch of its all-new Velvetiser. The strategy centered on elevating Hotel Chocolat’s signature drinking chocolate experience through immersive seasonal storytelling, experiential events, and lifestyle-driven media engagement that positioned the brand within the premium gifting and at-home entertaining space.

CWA brought this to life through curated Holiday Showcase events in New York and Chicago, designed to introduce media, influencers, and tastemakers to Hotel Chocolat’s newest holiday offerings and the reimagined Velvetiser. The launch spotlighted the machine’s new hot and cold functionality, allowing guests to experience both traditional hot drinking chocolate and the brand’s newly introduced iced chocolate beverages firsthand. Experiential touchpoints, including interactive Velvetiser bars, seasonal tastings, and holiday product previews, reinforced Hotel Chocolat’s design-led and experience-driven approach to chocolate.

 

Through strategic media outreach, influencer engagement, and event execution, the campaign generated more than 4.9 billion impressions and engaged over 140 media and influencer attendees across key markets, significantly expanding awareness around the Holiday Showcase and positioning the all-new Velvetiser as a standout luxury gifting item for the holiday season.
