The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua
Curich Weiss Amplify partnered with The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua to develop and launch a limited-edition capsule collection in collaboration with milliner Gigi Burris. The initiative brought together luxury hospitality and fashion, with a focus on creating a design-forward collection inspired by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Kapalua.
Guided by on-site research and collaboration with local cultural advisor Clifford Naeʻole, the collection featured six custom hats that translated the landscape and spirit of Maui into wearable pieces. CWA supported the launch through targeted media outreach, influencer seeding, and dual retail distribution across the resort and Gigi Burris’ e-commerce platform. These efforts generated more than 106 million impressions, positioning The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua at the intersection of luxury travel and design while reinforcing its commitment to thoughtful, place-driven storytelling.
